Java Joey’s Coffee extract

We took our local Leelanau Coffee French Roast beans and pour some smooth French Vodka over them and let them sit until it pulled an intense coffee flavor from all the beans! This is the smell of my childhood, the taste of growing up and peeking into the room where the grownups were talking with the scent of freshly brewed coffee lingering in the air. This was cinnamon rolls for breakfast on Sunday and warm moments with family.
