Lilac syrup

My favorite time of the year!! Lilac season!! This season lasted for about 35 seconds so our supply is limited, but you won't want to miss this!!

We hand picked our beautiful pesticide free lilacs, making sure each flower had no stems stuck to its delicate petals, triple washed them and then mixed in some organic cane sugar, purified water, some of Bake Shop Bettys own Vanilla Bean paste and created the most beautiful blend of lilac syrup you could imagine!!

Move over lavender......lilac is charging in for its spotlight front and center!! Like their short season, once these are done, we won't see them again u til the lilacs bloom again in the spring!!
