Our favorite season—lilac season—arrives in a blink, and then it’s gone. Fleeting, fragrant, and utterly magical, this syrup captures spring at its most beautiful… for just a moment.
We hand-picked pesticide-free lilac blossoms at peak bloom, carefully removing every stem to preserve only the most delicate petals. Each batch is triple-washed, then gently infused with organic cane sugar, purified water, and a touch of Bake Shop Betty’s signature vanilla bean paste, creating a syrup that is soft, floral, and impossibly elegant.
The result is a light, aromatic sweetness with a fresh, romantic finish—floral without being perfumy, delicate yet unforgettable.

Just like the blooms themselves, this syrup is extremely limited. Once it’s gone, it won’t return until the lilacs bloom again next spring.
