Midnight Mojo Cocktail Infusion kit

Allow me to introduce Midnight Mojo!!

Let me tell ya what we did!! We very slowly…..over 4 days……dehydrated some very plump blackberries, we paired them with some tart lime slices, and then decided to blend up some sweet vanilla sugar to bring it all together! We still weren’t happy with the depth the vanilla sugar gave us, so we tossed in some dark Mexican vanilla beans and to balance it all out, we added a single mint sugar cube……not just any sugar cube and not just any mint…..we steam distilled both peppermint and spearmint to pull all that minty goodness out of the leaves to meld all those flavors together and mixed the sweet oils into some organic cane sugar to uplift the flavor profile even more!!

Add your favorite bourbon (or zero-proof spirit) and enjoy a Bake Shop Betty version of an amped up Bourbon Blackberry Smash! Also tastes amazing with Vodka or a clear rum!
