Let me just tell you about our little piece of summer in a cup! We took organic lemons and watermelon and freeze dried them, then ground them into a powder. Mixed them up with some organic cane sugar (or monk fruit for sugar free). There is just enough tart from the lemon with just enough sweet from the watermelon! This is summertime BBQs and water balloons and jumping in the lake and laying on the grass watching the stars!
